History

My Life Fitness started out as a 1,200 sq ft building and has gradually expanded to 3,600 sq ft throughout the years of operation. We have been growing in all the right directions and will only continue to do so. We are currently looking to expand even more within the next few years. We could not be more thankful for all the support we have received from friends, family, clients, and other outside sources!

Specialties

My Life Fitness provides quality, individualized, personal training programs designed to meet the short and long term goals of the client. Our main ambitions are to not only reach these specific goals, but to teach the client how to continue these healthy habits in the future, along with doing this all within a fun, inspiring environment. We have personal trainers who are specialized within a magnitude of wellness and nutritional fields. These include: - Personal Training Certified (PTA Global, ACSM, NCCPT) - Registered Dietitian Nutritionist (NEW) - Bachelor's and Master's of Science in Kinesiology - Physical Therapy Degrees - Foam Rolling Certified - Business Administration Concentration in Health & Fitness Management - Massage Therapists - And more! We work with all types of individuals and offer group classes including: - Kickboxing - Strength and Cardio - Boot Camp - Tae Kwon Do - MMA Mission: to provide an optimistic atmosphere that builds positive rapport between the trainers and trainees, and accomplishes the goals made specifically for the customers, whether it is weight loss, weight gain, muscle strengthening, toning, endurance, etc.
