Braveheart Coaching was originally developed by San Diego based Professional Triathlete Lesley Paterson and her Sports Psychologist husband Dr. Simon Marshall. In early 2014 Lesley and Simon brought triathlon and endurance coaches Al and Kristen Wade onboard to expand their business.
