Very family friendly with many activities. Great staff. Clean locker room. Kids can learn competitive sports and adults can find many classes to stay fit and keep healthy.

Be forewarned, I have only played roller hockey here so this review is based off that. The Park Distract is easy to get to. It's on Cathy which is right off Central near the Mt. Prospect library....

This is a gem of a field house in Mt. Prospect, but very unassuming off the street. Inside, it's a lot bigger than it seems off the street. For us, this has been a frequent birthday party...
