My appeal is to the older folks. Do not fear this place. You will experience expert coaching but you are in total control of your work out pace and intensity. It is a totally judgement-free zone....

Great, positive environment. Love the combo. It's always a workout your body will thank you for. Going to the gym can be intimidating for some but thankfully the members and crew at Momentum OP...
