Molly Barr, MD

Dr. Molly Barr is a pediatric gastroenterologist who treats patients from birth to 18 years old. She diagnoses and manages various gastrointestinal conditions, including constipation, encopresis, diarrhea, chronic abdominal pain, gut-brain interaction disorders, gastroesophageal reflux disease, eosinophilic esophagitis, celiac disease, inflammatory bowel disease, liver diseases, feeding and swallowing disorders, and growth/nutritional deficiencies. She performs endoscopies, colonoscopies, polypectomies, rectal suction biopsies, and anal Botox. Dr. Barr is an assistant professor with the Division of Pediatric Gastroenterology, Department of Pediatrics at Saint Louis University School of Medicine.
