Miners Memorial Health Center

Miners Memorial Health Center consists of an imaging department, laboratory and specialty clinic. Its imaging department provides mammography, bone density testing, ultrasound and general X-ray services. The center s imaging department is also approved by the Joint Commission on Accreditation of Healthcare Organizations, the Food and Drug Administration and American College of Radiology. Its specialty clinic offers services in several fields, such as pulmonology, cardiology, urology, podiatry and nephrology. Located in West Frankfort, Ill., Miners Memorial Health Center is a part of Southern Illinois Healthcare, which employs more than 2,000 people. Southern Illinois Healthcare also provides several seminars, classes, courses and programs to promote health education.
