I want to thank Mike Williams for a great job. I had Brett Davis come & look at my furnace. He was such a great person.He came & found a gas leak. I will always use Mike Williams. They are the best.

Sold me a $20 a month service program. Came out for the first service and didn't clean the unit. Then hooked up the wires to where the unit made a thunking sound. Unit later stopped working....

Quoted me $1400 for gas valve replacement. Researched before continuing service. Pay is only $200, on the high end and even with labor cost, that is robbery. Soon disappointed.
