It was their Ginza Holiday annual event! They had lots of food vendors and crafts! Performances on the main stage by Minyo dancers, Taiko drumming, Martial arts demonstrations and other groups....

Congregation is meaningful and friendly. before service you get to get together as well as after service with the congregation and talk and discuss things.
