Very disappointed in the assistance I received. Needed help hooking up my trailer upon pick up ... the pin had been moved so cranking down was impossible. Went in for help ... slowly got it .....

Dumb sales guy didn't tell secretary or anyone we were coming when he spoke to my husband daily. mark sucks. Our trail or wasn't cleaned, ready at all. Split boards, dirty, not enough batteries...

I got a nice deal on a cleaned up used trailer. Very happy. They also noticed a light out and fixed that before I left. I plan on taking the trailer here for routine maintenance as well....
