Midtown Athletic Club is a multisport recreation center located in Willowbrook, Ill. The club features a fully equipped fitness floor with cardiovascular equipment stations, each with individually mounted flat screen televisions and compact disc players; a strength training circuit and free weights; four indoor tennis courts with tennis lessons, leagues and programs for all ages and level of play; and an indoor swimming pool. It also has racquetball courts, squash courts, an indoor track, a basketball/volleyball gym, a pro shop and a personal training team. The club has more than 100 of the most progressive group exercise, spinning and aquatic programs in the area including yoga, Pilates, kickboxing, group cycling, martial arts and dance.

PROS: The staff! Really their best asset is their friendly staff members who get to know you. This includes wonderful trainers who can take you from zero to hero as far as someone who NEVER works...
