They froze my account for no good reason. After several weeks of runaround I was able to get it unlocked. I closed the account today. Good riddance!

Done! I am just done with this bank. Everything went downhill after Alpine Bank was purchased by Midland. We opened a card specifically for our son who would be a minor living in Brazil for one...

$36 to stop payment on a check? Predatory! Have to keep cancelling the stupid $3 paper statements too. Fees galore with this bank, don't even bother with them.

Can't get ahold of anyone at this bank. Automated system just hangs up on you. Customer service is terrible the few times I have had to deal with this bank. Never a good experience. Wish it was...
