Michele Hakimian, MD

Michele Hakimian, MD, is a board-certified gynecologist and co-founder at Progressive Care for Women in downtown Chicago. Dr. Hakimian brings over 20 years of experience to the practice. Dr. Hakimian received her Bachelor of Arts degree from Northwestern University and her medical degree from the University of Illinois at Chicago. She completed her specialty training in Obstetrics and Gynecology at Lutheran General Hospital in Park Ridge, Illinois, where she was named Chief Resident. She is now an attending physician at Northwestern Memorial Hospital and an Assistant Professor at Northwestern University Feinberg School of Medicine. Dr. Hakimian has a special interest in the menopausal transition and abnormal uterine bleeding.
