After ordering a custom frame I was not notified that it was ready for pickup. Ironically, I can't go a day without a spam email, although, I've unsubscribed several times.

I think their return policy is the worst. I had the receipt and they wouldn't be able to give me a refund because cricet has to take it back. Which I said I bought it here and it never been open....

Lovely customer service, friendly cashiers, fantastic management, very talented framers, and great selection for multiple crafts. Will definitely be back!
