With over 9 years of experience. As a trainer I bring a level of understanding and knowledge as both an athlete and coach that helps me understand client's needs, allowing them to attain their true abilities. I am a certified personal trainer through International Sports Science Association, Kettlebell Instructor Certification level I with StrongFirst. I have experience working with a variety of exercise methods, such as conventional weight lifting, kettlebells, suspension systems, and other functional strength/endurance methods. My training style is lead by example and when not teaching classes; I'm often training side-by-side with our clients.
Specialties
MGPerformance, Home of the Amazing twelve week physique transformation and Training For Warriors Woodstock. We focus on physique transformations programs by using various training methods, customize nutritional program/coaching, we also offer a private group support and boxing classes. We are a goal oriented training center, and our goal is to burn fat, build muscle and feel good. All levels of fitness are welcome. MGPerfomance is the only Amazing twelve and Training for Warriors certified facility in Mchenry County.
