It really sucks that we don't have Menards in Pennsylvania. They are such a great store.

Service is very poor. When you have ask more than one person to find where things are located at. I had to ask 3 different associates where to find a flat cart. Which was all the in the far back...

I special ordered a double hung bathroom window which was quite expensive for the size from Menards. I picked it up assuming a special order would be correct. My contractor installed it the same...

Waste of time and effort. "We don't do precision cutting." We have a saw out back you can use. WTF? SMDH. John Menard can suck eggs!

1 Star because nothing lower is possible. A special order is now past is quoted arrival date and I called the Paducah store to get some info on it. I was told "it will get when it gets here"....
