The Medinah Highlanders are a distinguished Highland pipe and drum band affiliated with the Medinah Shriners, having become an official Shrine marching unit in 1970. They actively support Shriners Hospitals for Children by participating in parades, competitions, concerts, weddings, and various community events.
Wearing the Ancient MacMillan Modern Clan tartan, which features the Shrine colors of red, green, and yellow, the band consists of bagpipers, drummers, and a color guard. Committed to preserving the art of Scottish piping and drumming, they also offer free lessons to individuals eager to learn.
