Premium Ingredients + 900 Degree Coal Oven = Cibo Ben Fatto (Food Well-Done). Identical twins Max & Leo always thought pizza was the perfect food. Armed it with a coal-fired pizza oven &went on a mission to develop the greatest pizza imaginable. They obsessively worked to pair premium ingredients with the 900 degree oven until it was perfected and have brought it from Newton, MA to Lincoln Park.
