Jordyn Hoemmen, WHNP, is a board-certified nurse practitioner who specializes in women’s health. She sees patients ages 13 and above for general obstetrics and gynecology care, including preventive screenings, contraceptive counseling, vaccinations, and more. She believes in empowering women of all ages to take control of their health through education and prevention. Jordyn worked as an obstetrics nurse for ten years. She thoroughly enjoyed caring for women and their families and became a nurse practitioner specializing in women’s health to provide continuous care to obstetrics and gynecology patients. Casey Newgent is a Certified Physician Assistant. She can provide medical care including diagnosis, treatment and preventative care. Her practice is part of BJC Medical Group of Illinois, a well-established, multi-specialty physician group.

Yixi Tu, MD, is a physician specializing in gastroenterology. Patients ages 18 and above can visit Dr. Tu for the treatment of a variety of gastroenterological disorders, including irritable bowel syndrome, chronic constipation, diarrhea, reflux disease, abdominal pain, gastroparesis, bleeding from the GI tract, inflammatory bowel disease, and liver diseases. She also performs capsule endoscopies.
