Stay away from Matteson. They have hidden red light cameras everywhere & will fine you $100 for the slightest mistake. No warnings posted, no payment plan offered. They will raise the fine to $200...

I agree with Yelp - this city is designed for red light tickets. Drivers beware right turn on red is NOT allowed anywhere in Matteson. Even with a free flowing right turn lane and sign posting...
