Our 80-acre facility contains multiple buildings that can be rented during all other times of the year. Easily accessible from I-74 and I-474 as well as major city roadways such as University Street and War Memorial Drive, Expo Gardens offers miles of free parking, an arena, covered pavilion and a 14, 000 square-foot temperature-controlled exhibit hall.
