Relationships can be some of the most difficult and some of the most rewarding things life brings to us. Anxiety, depression, and relationship troubles are among the most crippling experiences we can deal with as human beings. Overcoming them can seem hopeless. This is where I come in. I take the despair out of your anxiety and depression and help your relationships reach their true potential. The mental health world is filled with acronyms: LCSW, CBT, ACSW. They sound impressive, but when it comes to helping you, they really don't mean much. They are not the chief ingredients that allow me to be so effective in helping you move forward in your life. Those are experience and compassion.

I went to Dr. Epstein for marriage counseling. She is better with men than women, but I would not recommend for marriage therapy. She is biased and condescending.
