Maid Brands corporate headquarters and distribution facilities are based in Hazelwood, Missouri. Maid Brands is a privately held company which was established in July 2001 and Incorporated in January 2002. The initial focus of Maid Brands was marketing "Value Added - High Quality" Household & Automotive Cleaning and Air Care products to our retail partners. New Products and New Retail partners created increased opportunities for Maid Brands to expand into other categories. The owners of Maid Brands, Joe Pitassi and Bill Johnson, have over 40 years combined experience of marketing Household and Lawn & Garden Insecticides. Their hands on approach to all facets of corporate business have maintained their philosophy of being the low cost producer which in turn has correlated into growth in all categories in which Maid Brands competes. The soft launch of Heavy Weight Household Insecticides in 2005 was a huge success at all the retailers that stocked the product. Maid Brands continues to expand retail distribution on Heavy Weight across the country and has added numerous retail partners Private Label Lawn & Garden programs to their family of products. Maid Brands offers High Quality products, whether it be in our brands or our Retail Partners Private Label or Control Brands. The majority of our formulas are as good or better than other comparable national brands. We work hard to keep our overhead and costs low so that we can maintain our Value Offering position in the market place and offer great formulas to insure our consumers are not only satisfied with the Value they receive but are also satisfied with the performance of our products. For our retail partners we strive to offer Increased Margins, Innovative Packaging, Eye Catching Displays, Special Packs and High Fill Rates.
