Went were the first time recently and had a really great experience. Was there early and it was not crowded. Very clean, and my stylist was very professional. My hair came out great! Wasn't sure...

The color they use isn't strong enough to cover grays. The c lady working on my hair seemed like she didn't want to work that day and when she saw me walk in with blonde hair she was intimidated....

Service is good but today their water heater was not working so water was tepid when hair was shampooed. In this cold weather it's not good even though you blow dry your hair the coldness...
