Friendly and knowledgeable (obviously in regards to makeup) which makes it just more fun when shopping for makeup :) my favorite are the eyeshadows and false lashes

It never makes a difference how busy they are at Mac. Both Lyndsey and Sara always got out of their way to help everyone out. If your not happy with a particular look., they NEVER take it...
