This place is always busy but they keep the store well staffed for customers. I've never felt stalked by employees or felt any pressure to buy. They are there to help, but they don't crowd you....

We love this Lush store! Every time we come in, Mia knows our daughter by name and lets her play with all the soaps and bubbles. Because of that, our daughter insists that every bath she takes...
