It's very uncomfortable to have to point out errors to the person working. You tell them, "hey, this is bad" and they apologize and say, "how about now?" and you say, "no, I think it's still bad"...

horrible place! filthy place! i got a No-chip pedicure here and didn't have proper tools and they looked like they weren't sanitized. My no-chip polish looks terrible, its bubbly and streaky....

They need a whole way of doing things. I still like them though. They just seriously need to stop trying to do everyone at once and finish one person at a time because clearly having people...
