Lovejoy Library

Established in 1965, Elijah P Lovejoy Library is administered by the Southern Illinois University. It has a collection of more than 800,000 volumes of books and provides a variety of journals, newspapers, magazines and maps. The library maintains a database on a wide range of subjects, such as business, education, engineering, pharmacy, art and social sciences. It provides online access to bibliographic databases that include citations, abstracts, articles and photographs. It also offers audiovisual reference referrals on music, art and history. In addition to that, the library organizes a variety of activities, including lectures, demonstrations and book reading workshops. Elijah P Lovejoy Library is located in Edwardsville, Ill.
