The people here are extremely rude and don't answer any of your questions. People are trying to promote "adopt don't shop", but I see why people would rather go through a pet store. Adding a dog...

This place is too hard to adopt a pet. You have to get approved before you can touch the pets. I tried to adopt a dog but never heard back from them.
