The delivery time kept going up horrible was supposed to to be delivery at 7:14pm not delivered until after 8 pm unacceptable. I requested a refund

Franchise location with much higher prices than expected. I instinctively scanned my phone before I realized the price. The cashier tone me LITTLE CAESARS raised their prices which isn't true....
