The absolute worst little Caesars in Waukegan. Which isn't saying much. I walk in the store and see approximately three employees, none of them greet me and I wait five minutes before somebody...

I don't think this little Caesar's restaurant is bad but the employees that don't care about their customers. The pizza was good, and I even left a tip so I wouldn't feel so bad about not tipping....

Worst customer service. Never gets the pizza right or it's always charcoal. This cheese was super burnt and the crust was like a brick
