This happens every early October in Jonquil Park. It's produced by Special Events Management which produces races, parades and other festivals in the Chicagoland and Chicago area.

So if you didn't make it to Lincoln park wine fest, you are better off. That was absolutely a fucking scam. It was 12 tents with tons of NON wine vendors (United, carnival cruise, etc) harassing...
