Lincoln Library serves the informational, educational, cultural and recreational needs of its community. The library has a collection of books, large print books, magazines, newspapers, videos, and music on tapes and CDs. It also offers recorded books on tapes and CDs. Lincoln Library provides online full-text magazine s, business and financial data, car repair instructions, college catalogs, biographies, statistics, health and medical information, newspaper articles, book recommendations and literary criticism. In addition, the library offers programs for adults in its civic center community rooms. Lincoln Library publishes a calendar bulletin each month that features events and news. Additionally, the library offers programs for people with special needs. It is located in Springfield, Ill.

Great library, very beautiful. Very helpful staff and this library has anything and everything you can ask for. They had The Disaster Artist book what can I say?

If you're visiting Springfield and want a very good library to simply sit and read, this is the place. It's designed to have plenty of space. You won't feel crowded. Collection is kept current.

While beautiful, Lincoln library has very harsh lending practices - we found it very difficult to get a library card. Then, once obtained if the card holder was not present - say my husband vs....
