Back in 1971, LAMCO opened its doors as a distributor of synthetic web slings. Over the years, we've expanded our product offerings to include hundreds of unique lifting devices from the most respected names in the lifting industry, including Columbus McKinnon ( CM ) and Crosby and WireCo wire rope.In 1975 LAMCO increased its capabilities by moving into the manufacture of its own slings. We started with alloy chain and, shortly thereafter, added wire rope and synthetic web slings.
