History

We started as a catering company servicing the greater Chicagoland area restaurants and convenient stores with delicious Cheesecakes slices. As the business continues to grow we have expanded our desserts menu ranging from cheesecakes, mouth watering cookies, cakes, puddings, etc. Some of our signature cheesecakes include fresh strawberry cheesecake, turtle cheesecake, our famous Leopolitan cheesecake and various seasonal cheesecake such as our sweet potato cheesecake, key lime cheesecake, etc. We are specifically known for our Chicago lunchroom style butter cookies and peanut butter cookies from Patrick's Cookie Company. Various puddings including banana pudding and our signature strawberry banana pudding.

Our business specializes in a variety of different desserts from cheesecakes, cookies, cakes, puddings and more. Along with desserts, we also specialize in catering during the holiday seasons. We make delicious flavorful Turkeys (fried/smoked/jerk) and Hams.
