People that answer the phone are not properly trained , they will just make you waist your time and not help with your issue/need

to hard to talk to a actual person, then i have to wait 20 -30 days for payment. think i should hold the car till paid.... very disappointing that i wont be helping people who go thru lease plan

Would strongly recommend not using this company for leasing and vehicle needs. Constant issues from getting vehicles repaired to getting a rental vehicle. Save your self the time and headache

I've had 2 company cars through Leaseplan. Not one single transaction has gone smoothly including ordering the car or having them serviced. You think they'd be better at it given this is all...
