Clean station. Train to Joliet was on time. The tickets were easy to purchase through the Ventra app. Anyone complaining about customer service should come to Philadelphia and see how blessed you are.

Just an FYI. Apparently (as just witnessed) if you use google translate and don't speak English and you say you have no money you get to ride the train for free unlike paying English speaking...
