Dumb- Appointment process allows employer drug screen testing to be scheduled when they don't offer drug testing. A simple pop up reminder notice when making an appt would have prevented this....

Horrible. How are they going to say they are open until 12pm on Saturdays and then be closed all day Saturday. Maybe try updating your hours of operation on your website. Never trying here again.
