I attended the Tuesday Night 6:45 Spin Class, it was crazy fun! It was a party atmosphere while you worked your body. Plenty of class participation which kept it fun and exciting! Lights out let...

All the dumbbells are scattered around the gym nobody puts anything back.. members take up multiple machines at a time and stand around talking and leave gym bags and coats on them.. Trainers take...

This gym at 8812 south Cicero needs an: 1) equipment update 2) La fitness needs to rotate all employees including the trainers so that they don't think they own the place. 3) at this location...
