She provides primary and preventative care, such as annual wellness exams, well-woman visits, vaccinations and manages acute and chronic illnesses. She treats a wide range of conditions, including asthma, allergies, diabetes, high cholesterol, heart disease, minor injuries, cold and flu symptoms, osteoporosis, contraceptives, thyroid disorders, depression and urinary tract infections. Melissa has always been passionate about providing comprehensive and lifelong care to families. Treating patients with compassion, kindness and respect is the cornerstone of her health care practice. She empowers patients with health education and resources to manage their health and aims to develop strong relationships with them to help them achieve their healthcare goals. Melissa earned her Bachelor of Science in Nursing at Chamberlain College of Nursing in St. Louis and her Doctor of Nursing Practice, Family Nurse Practitioner at Southern Illinois University in Edwardsville, Illinois.
