King Keyser was founded in 1952. We started in a little storefront in Hinsdale, Illinois. Back in the day, we carried everything from guns to hockey equipment. But, we were avid skiers from the beginning. Soon, skiing became our primary focus and our passion. Our founders, Mr. and Mrs. Keyser were among the founders of Vail Ski Area. For decades, customers from all over the Midwest have counted on King Keyser to provide them with the best products, the latest in technology, solid, expert advice and service to match. Wintersport enthusiasts continue to trust us today, as we carry on the Keyser's traditions. We have a tradition in snowboarding, too. We were one of the first snowboard dealers anywhere when we started carrying boards in 1982. Riding is a passion shared by the owners and employees at King Keyser. We've been riding since 1980.
