This kennel was great. Friendly staff and nice large outdoor area for dogs to play. But unfortunately the Grayslake facility closed in October. Evidently permanently so. Nobody seems to know why...

Very rude front desk employee who doesn't value new customers. Her behavior and complete lack of professionalism was enough to prevent me from using this facility for my dog.
