Kaizen Shotokan Karate

History

I started in 2010 with four students after teaching for nine years at another school. I have slowly built up my student base with good instruction and good instructors. I don't believe in giving away my belts to students and I make sure they earn them. This might be too much for some people who want instant results.

Specialties

My daughter has been attending karate classes at Kaizen Shotokan for about a year and a half and we absolutely love it. The instructors are great and work well with the kids. They encourage hard work, but alwyas throw in a little fun. Kaizen Shotokan has helped my daughter work on focus, self-discipline, and self-control. It also helps her stay active and healthy. Kaizen Shotokan is also a place to make great friends that help encourage you along your path. At Kaizen Shotokan, we are like family.
