Grandma Joy began sewing when she was in grade school. She had grown up watching her mother sew for herself and her sister. It was just a natural that when mom became too busy to make all the necessary adjustments, Joy began to do it herself. She has been sewing ever since. She wants to make you happy with what she does for you. If your not happy with any of her services, return the item and she will again try to meet your specifications or refund your payment. If she can get your item under any of her machines, chances are she can help you out....and she's always got a smile on her face.
