Joshua Ellison, MD

Lacey Moy, MD, is a primary care provider at Memorial Care on North Dirksen. She received bachelor’s degree in biology from Millikin University and went to medical school at Rush Medical College in Chicago. She has practiced family medicine in the central Illinois area since 2012.

Kelsi Earl, APRN, is a family nurse practitioner at Memorial Physician Services—North Dirksen. She earned a bachelor of science degree in nursing and a master of science degree in nursing from Mennonite College of Nursing at Illinois State University. Prior to joining the team at MPS—North Dirksen, Kelsi was a charge nurse of the inpatient rehabilitation unit at Memorial Medical Center. Kelsi has experience in outpatient orthopedic and inpatient psychiatric nursing. She believes that the health of the mind, body and spirit are interconnected. Kelsi is a member of the American Association of Nurse Practitioners.

Chris Rovey is a certified advanced practice nurse with her master's degree from Chamberlain College of Nursing. She earned her bachelor's degree in nursing from St. John's College of Nursing in Springfield, IL. Chris has over 20 years of experience in nursing with her background in maternal/child, pediatrics, congestive heart failure and care coordination. She is passionate about providing the best evidence-based care for patients.
