Located in Joliet, Ill., the Joshua Arms of LSSI offers more than 185 apartment-style living units and over 55 supportive living apartments for senior citizens. The apartment-style living units feature stoves and refrigerators, mini blinds, wall-to-wall carpetings, air conditioner, emergency pull cords and daily check-in systems. The supportive-living apartments offer a variety of services that include laundry and housekeeping, medication reminders and personal care assistance. The Joshua Arms of LSSI organizes various social programs and activities. It supports a supportive living program that is funded by the Illinois Department of Healthcare and Family Services. In addition, the Joshua Arms of LSSI operates a dining room, country store, beauty shop and patios.
