John Sakla, DPM

Dr. Jillian Cabai grew up in the west suburbs of Chicago, where she was active in multiple travel softball leagues and sustained multiple ankle injuries. This inspired her to pursue podiatry. Today, she is board-certified in foot and ankle surgery. Dr. Cabai attended the University of Dayton, in Ohio where she obtained a pre-medicine degree in 2011. After a year of working in healthcare, she attended The William M. Scholl College of Podiatric Medicine at Rosalind Franklin University of Medicine and Science in North Chicago, graduating in 2016.

Our podiatry practice in Lakeview - Chicago, Illinois works hard to stay up to date with the latest advancements in podiatric care. Our board-certified podiatrists have conduced numerous peer-reviewed research studies to advance the field of podiatry, showing WFAI's focus on evidence-based care. While WFAI values scientific evidence, we also practice consultative medicine, meaning we take your needs and input into account and involve you in your care. We also focus on conservative, nonsurgical treatments whenever possible, since a long, potentially painful recovery period should always be a last resort. But our first priority is always to treat your foot, heel, or ankle pain and to prevent it from returning.

Dr. Adam Fleischer was born in Natrona Heights, Pennsylvania. He received his undergraduate degree with a double major in neuroscience and the history & philosophy of science. He received his Doctorate in Podiatric Medicine from Rosalind Franklin University of Medicine and Science (RFUMS), where he is currently a tenure-track professor and member of the Board of Trustees. In addition to his academic position, he maintains an active clinical practice in Lakeview and serves as Director of the Advocate IL Masonic Medical Center Podiatric Medicine and Surgery Residency Program (cosponsored with RFUMS).
