We order from this Jimmy John's almost every month & it's always great.. Except for the first time I tried their toasted sandwich and it's extremely dry. I called to get a new sandwich or refund...

Very disappointed, we are literally 2 mins away, and our meal was not delivered yet and it had been an hour. The manager should have better customer service to accommodate for issues like this.
