How tf do you mess up an online order that SPELLS OUT how to make a simple SANDWICH- not a messy WRAP that's breaking and making a mess incompetent workers smh

Ordered the meal which is a sandwich dessert and drink I ordered a Coke got a Diet Coke then never got my cookie either. Or and the app either deleted my card . And as usual sandwich was great
