Pulled up to location sat for 10minutes ...,no one came out, got out my car front door was locked still didn't see anyone ....guess I'll help myself Backed up and left going elsewhere

Car said it needed oil change. JL said it didn't. Asked for oil change anyway. Charged $121. Punishment for doing work on a hot day? You decide. Won't go back.
