They lost my insurance card after giving it to them for the first time being there. We had to wait almost an hour total. I was asked for my insurance card again only after a few minutes of giving...

I don't think the people who work here care. Not friendly, no sense of urgency, unfriendly. I'm going to move my prescription to Walgreens. A lot friendlier.
